Troy has dedicated his entire career to the financial services industry, with a strong focus on credit unions. With more than twenty years of experience, he began his career at Wells Fargo immediately after graduating from college before discovering his passion for working with smaller financial institutions.
He went on to serve at Farmers Trust and Savings Bank (Iowa) and later took on leadership roles at Community First Credit Union (Iowa). Most recently, Troy served as Assistant Vice President of Enterprise Sales at a financial technology company, where he partnered with credit union leaders across the country to identify efficiencies and enhance profitability within their operations.
A graduate of the University of Northern Iowa, Troy lives in Des Moines, Iowa, with his wife and son. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, is an avid cyclist—having completed three RAGBRAIs, (Register's Annual Great Bicycle Ride Across Iowa) and is a devoted Chicago Cubs fan.
