The Sheeter Group is a leading executive benefits firm that focuses exclusively on Supplemental Executive Retirement Plans for Credit Unions. With over 20 years of experience working with Credit Unions, we are positioned to deliver solutions consistent with the objectives of our clients. We develop and implement plans to Attract, Retain and Reward Executives that are essential to the success of the Credit Union.

The Sheeter Group works directly and exclusively with Credit Unions because the Credit Union philosophy of people helping people most closely reflects The Sheeter Group’s own values.

Sheeter Group principal and founder, Andrew Sheeter, has spent his entire professional career in the financial services industry. He began developing financial plans for individuals and small businesses in 1995. In 2000, Andrew moved to Atlanta, GA to work with Benmark, Inc. – a leading provider of Executive Benefit Plans for Community Banks. In 2001, he helped spearhead Benmark’s venture into providing Executive Benefit Plans for Credit Unions. Andrew’s unique, custom-designed plans blew away boilerplate designs currently in the market and changed the structure of Executive Benefits.

In 2004, Andrew left Benmark and founded The Sheeter Group. Now with offices in seven States, this idea matured The Sheeter Group into a premier provider of Executive Benefit Plans for Credit Unions.
